Personal support - our basic service. We believe that a trip to Russia must be prepared carefully. A well prepared trip will give you positive emotions all the time. This is a full-fledged holiday when the results exceed expectations. On the other hand, only carefully prepared plans can assure a safe trip. Russia is an Eurasian country that surprisingly combines remains of feudalism and traditional communities with high-tech society and western cultural values. The international image of Russia is the one of a fully legally established state where everything is ruled according to the law. However, it is important to remember that Russian democracy is a few hundred years younger than the European or American democracy. This means that foreign visitors may be shocked at some aspects of the country that are very familiar to Russian people. In other words, Russia is a country which requires preparation. In addition, some services like coaching, tourist-guides, translations, continuous support and help in case of problems are very important when abroad. This is our main offer.

A possible situation at the moment of arrival in our country: a short review – at your arrival to the airport, or at your arrival to the railway station, there are quite a few problems that can be solved by our personal support.

• The need of consultation and translation occurs even since the moment of custom clearance and border formalities. Same for the receipt and tracking of your baggage, especially if you want to move to another city later. Going to a hotel or to other points on the route is not always easy.
• Hotels, the regional ones especially, may sometimes have lost the booking of your room. Or another confusion may be possible - the customer have booked at a certain date, location, type of payment, etc., but the hotel has different information. Particularly difficult to face this kind of situation when the settlement takes place outside working hours - at night or on weekends.
• Incapability to reach the location, to find the street or place (shops, theatres, subways, stations, consulates, etc.). Maps and guidebooks, which are in the hands of the tourists, not always display our cities properly, as they often lack street-names, they don’t report changes, or the identification of junctions is incorrect. In addition, even in our two biggest towns, the majority of directions is made only in Russian, and locals are often unable to explain it to foreigners. For information or help a foreign tourist have nowhere to ask for.
• Guests have problems in communication if they need to buy something in a store, a pharmacy, place an order in a restaurant, buy tickets for transport, a taxi, etc.
• Information and internet surfing and browsing services. If tourists do not have at hand the usual tools in their native language (Internet, e-mail and telephone inquiry services, directories, etc.), or Russian friends and acquaintances who can help it is difficult to browse Russian internet web sites as they are generally written in Russian.

We provide you (or to whole your family) with a person to accompany you along the route that you choose. You can choose a person from the list. You can plan the assistant timetable in accordance with your routes and visits. The assistant priority is to optimize your interactions with the city's infrastructure and help you to avoid unwanted communication with the police.

This is the starting point of our dialogue. Project management includes:

1. your personal manager assessment of your trip;
2. tourist voucher and assistance for the reservation confirmation for your Russian visa;
3. pick-up at the airport and transfer to the hotel (including transportation costs to Aeroexpress and subway);
4. a range of several possible accommodations according to your conditions and the agreement with you;
5. preliminary negotiations with the hotel staff on behalf of you;
6. several options of transportation according to the agreement with you;
7. preliminary negotiations on your behalf with the shipping company;
8. gathering of detailed information about entertainments you're interested in;
9. search and providing any other information concerning your visit.
